We reuse shipping materials whenever possible, this includes boxes and packing material. It's a small thing, but it does reduce shipping costs and lessen the impact on the environment.
All items are typically shipped within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of payment. If you need faster shipping, please send a convo and we can work out the specifics to your location.
All orders ship from Texas, and will be sent to the shipping address on your Etsy account. You'll receive an automated confirmation email from Etsy when you place your order, and then a shipping notification email with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Buyer understands that he/she assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not getting insurance.
If you are interested in more than one item, we will gladly ship together if at all possible. Just let us know prior to paying so that a combined shipping quote can be given, otherwise we will later refund any over payment of $2.00 or more.
We do not ship internationally.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We want you to love and appreciation your items! If you are not 100% happy with our products, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue in the best manner possible. Communication is the key!
We make an extra effort in both describing, providing measurements and photographs that may influence a buying decision. We are open to questions and will provide additional information to aid in your decision. Please be certain your questions are sufficiently answered before you make your decision.
Refunds are given only if the item is damaged or does not meet the criteria as described in the item listing. When we receive the item in an unused state, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid, minus the shipping cost, or exchange it for something else in the store. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Your complete satisfaction is top priority.
Most of our items are of vintage age or repurposed from upcycled materials. There may be finish imperfections and other marks that are inherent to the item when it was found.
