All items listed are in stock and ready to ship. We typically ship within 1-3 days of receipt of cleared payment. However during sales and holidays ship times may increase slightly due to heavy volume. Before you purchase you can see the estimated ship time from the cart view.

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail packed inside of a padded envelope and sent to the address listed with your PayPal account.

International Shipping:
We ship first class air mail, and the International Shipping cost is an average of places to which we ship. If the actual cost is more, we'll contact you with the amount and get your "okay" before we ship (this is rare).

If it is more economical to ship via flat rate we will make the adjustment and upgrade your shipping at no additional cost to you. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over the amount of custom fees charged.

Returns & exchanges

We appreciate your business. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know so that we can fix it.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted with 14-days of the date received (delivery confirmation date). Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns are not accepted on items that have been used or altered in any way. This includes cuts, attempted use, bent, etc. Items must be in new condition as received. Items that do not meet these basic qualities will not be accepted for return. If damaged items are returned they will be held and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items returned not due to damage or shipping mistake are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Please return items via a trackable method for your protection.

Once returned items have been received you will be issued a refund in the amount of the purchase. Refund will be issued to the same method of payment as the purchase. Shipping costs for the returned items will be refunded if the return is due to our error.
