Locking pin backs will keep your pins securely fastened to whatever you decide to pin them on! They have a little screw type mechanism on the top that clamps down on the pin post. If you need help with how to use them, I believe there is a video on YouTube that shows how they work! Just google "how to use locking pin backs" ^_^

I'm really glad to have bought these. The normal backs that come with most enamel pins are rubber and they always fall off. I have lost way too many pins because of it. These work with pins from other shops, which I am quite happy about. I will be buying more in the future as needed. If you have a pin you really like, getting metal backs is the only way to go.

These work really well! Love them because I always get nervous about putting a cool pin on a bag since I worry it’ll fall off, but these pin backs are super secure

All shipping costs include a "handling" fee which covers the cost of packaging and travel to and from the post office. If you see the shipping cost displayed on your label is $1-2 dollars cheaper than the shipping cost you paid, that is why. I ship all packages via USPS to ensure that you get the lowest price possible on shipping. Most clothing items will be shipped priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. Jewelry items under $50 in value will be shipped first class mail, unless a shipping upgrade is requested by the customer.

Priority Mail Parcel (Available for any item) - 2-3 Days
Priority Mail Express Parcel (Available for any item) - 1-2 Days (Note: Items are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, so if you purchase Express on Fri-Sun your parcel will be shipped out on Monday)

First Class Letter (Default for Pins & Patches) - Not tracked, insured. Can take UP TO 40 DAYS TO ARRIVE, usually takes only 2-3 weeks.
First Class Parcel Upgrade (Pins & Patches) - Tracked, Insured. Arrives in 1-4 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

Please read all item descriptions and measurements carefully before you place your order. If you have any questions about whether or not an item is likely to fit you, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. I would rather be honest with you and lose an order than have an unhappy customer!

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact me within 1 week of receiving your package! Refunds will be posted as soon as the item arrives back with me, so I advise getting tracking for your return. Plugs and earrings must be returned UNWORN. Once the seal on the plastic baggie they come in is broken the return will no longer be valid. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item has broken in the mail, you must return it to receive a refund.

Custom Items are non-refundable.

Additional policies

I absolutely, 100% WILL NOT give out my merchandise to shops that want to sell my items in trade for "exposure." I can, however, offer you my items at wholesale prices depending on the quantity! Here are some of my terms and conditions for wholesale orders (prices upon request only):

-Items that are handmade may have subtle variations. Common areas where variations occur: neckline, applique color and shape. These variations are very subtle and most regular people will not notice! Chargebacks will not be accepted for this reason.

-Chargebacks are not accepted for unsold merchandise, or merchandise that goes on sale. If you would like to return any of the garments for any reason, it has to be done within 14 days of receipt of the items, and refunds will only be processed once the returned items have arrived.

-Merchandise will arrive with a Magic Circle neckline tag as well as a size tag. Care instructions will be included on a hang tag placed in the armhole seam of the garment with a safety pin. Any other packaging and labeling will have to be done by the customer.

-Jewelry will be shipped inside jewelry boxes, and inside a bubbled mailer or with bubble wrap included in the box. Clothing is shipped "bareback" folded neatly and tied with ribbon. I can wrap each item in a plastic bag if the customer requests it, but I default to eco-friendly options (no plastic)!

*ALLERGY INFORMATION: I have a cat, and we like to snuggle, so there is a good chance I will transfer cat hair or dander to any merchandise coming out of my studio. I thoroughly lint-roller all of my items, but if you have a severe allergy I would not recommend purchasing clothing from me. I pre-wash and dry my fabrics with All-brand detergent and Bounce fabric softener. If you would like something made unwashed because of allergy concerns, keep in mind you do so at risk of the item shrinking, and returns are not accepted for washed merchandise.
