We need 1-3 business days to ship your order. For made to order items it's 7-10 working days.
Usually a delivery takes: about 7-21 business days. to USA - 10-20 days to Europe - 7-14 days to Australia - 14 - 30 days to Russia - about 2.5 months.
Please note, the delivery time may vary and I can't be responsible for losses or delays.
• Shipping rates include shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
•All our packages have a tracking number. NOTE: you need to sign for a package, it will not be left in you post box.
• All items are packaged carefully so they have to arrive in perfect condition.
•Please check if your Etsy address is correct. I always ship to Etsy address unless you request otherwise. It is helpful to give me this info in the "note to seller".
•Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if there are any problems please contact me within 3 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution. I will always accept returns and refund you even there will be no other reason as "I changed my mind" or "item wasn't what I expected" However please note that in this case I will not be able to refund postage costs, also return postage will be buyers responsibility. I will refund you as soon as items received back. A charge of 10% of the cost of the item may be deducted from the refund for admin purposes. I take full responsibility for the packaging of your purchases, and will be happy to give a refund if an item arrives damaged and you can send me a photo to show the damage.

If your order doesn't show up (please allow 30 days for Europe, 45 days for international destinations). After this time period I will consider them as lost in mail and fully refund you.
I know that's a long time to wait (and it happens very rarely) but I have to keep those policies for 30 and 45 days to wait because my post office accepts claims for non-deliveries only after those days has passed. If your package is returned by Post I can ship it again for additional shipping cost or make a money refund without shipping costs. deducted from the refund for admin purposes.
