I ship the first business day after payment clears. For domestic purchases, I use USPS Priority mail or USPS Parcel Post with tracking and delivery confirmation depending on the size / weight of the item.
I use the calculated shipping option - please contact me if you run into any problems with this option.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE is not included in the shipping price. Additional insurance can be purchased at the buyer's request for an additional fee. I cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit if the buyer chooses not to purchase additional insurance.
I do combine shipments when possible.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I make every effort to describe each item as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Please remember vintage items have been loved in a previous time so they will not appear "new".
If you have any questions about an item please contact me prior to purchase.
If you receive your item and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s) – I will gladly work with you to make things right. Please note original shipping is not refundable and the customer must pay for return shipping, once the returned item(s) make it to me in the same condition in which it left my hands, I will immediately post your refund.
