During non-peak times, most of our customers receive first class packages within 2-3 days of being shipped. -Contact us prior to purchasing if you'd like an estimated delivery day. The information we provide is from USPS and only an estimate, not a guarantee. USPS does not guarantee specific days for standard or priority shipping. Most orders are received on time, but delays can occur, especially around busy holidays. Refunds are not provided because of shipping delays. Priority is a 2 or 3 day ESTIMATED service.
When your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a USPS tracking number. This tracking # tracks your package throughout it's shipment. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost or missing items. If you wish to purchase insurance on an item or request signature upon delivery, please contact us prior to purchasing.
-For items significantly delayed or lost, a search can be filed with the tracking # on usps.com. In most cases, this is all that is needed to get it back on track. If you would prefer us to file a search, will will do so and request the package be returned to us. If found and returned, a credit for the order minus shipping will be issued.
-We are unable to send out replacement items for claims on missing items when a tracking number can confirm delivery. Please make sure you have a secure location to receive packages.
Shipping labels are printed directly from Etsy to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or missing items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Orders returned by USPS due to incorrect shipping addresses, customs/duties fees not paid, or package refusals, will not receive a refund or credit for shipping/handling charges.
**International** International buyers are responsible for all custom fees or duties associated with a purchase. Please contact your local agency to find out if any fees will be due before making a purchase. We do not mark items as gifts as it is against the law. Most international orders are received within 10-14 days, but please be aware that it does sometimes take longer. Once we send an item out, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. Please contact us before purchasing an item if you'd like it to be sent priority or express international for an additional charge. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. International buyers are urged to purchase insurance. We do not issue refunds or send out replacement items when packages are delayed or lost.

Order cancellations can be placed within 1 hour of purchase, but due to the fast turnaround time we have, cancellation requests will not be honored once an order has shipped.

Additional return information
•Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. •We must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of item. •No refunds are considered when items have been opened or used. •Food items ( dusts, paints, colors,sprinkles, etc.) are non-returnable. •Any returns approved must be received back within 10 days of purchase.
•No returns are accepted for "change of mind" or product not having worked for a desired purpose. Please ask questions before purchasing if you need recommendations for a specific use, are unfamiliar with a product, or need instructions on how to use something.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost on approved returns/refunds for non-damaged items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded as well.
•Refunds/ replacements for any items damaged during the shipping process will be as follows:
1) Items shipped Priority Mail with USPS automatically have $50 insurance included. Items/orders with values of $50 or less that incur damages are eligible for claims to be filed with USPS. Visit usps.com on info on how to file/report your damages. You must retain possession of packaging and damaged item.
•For orders shipped standard/ no included insurance: -If any of your items arrive damaged and you would like replacements, we will ship out replacements at no additional charge, once the damaged items are returned to us.
•If any of your items arrive damaged and you would not like replacements- A refund will be issued for the damaged items only, including partial shipping costs once the damaged items are returned to us.
•We are not responsible for lost or missing items. No refunds or replacement items are given on claims of missing items when tracking# can confirm delivery.
•We must receive the item/items back in our possession in order for a refund to be considered. Return shipping must include a tracking #.
•No refunds are given on an item that does not return in original or unused condition.
Orders returned by Usps due to incorrect shipping addresses, custom/duties fees not paid, or package refusals, will not receive refunds on shipping/handling charges. Items returned to sender by Usps for above reasons that arrive back damaged, are missing contents, show evidence of being opened in an attempt to remove items prior to being marked "return to sender", or go missing on the return, will receive no refund.
