ORDER: Select your Stamp Option. At checkout, please provide your wording and any special instructions in the “Message to Seller.” Paper & Parcel is careful to include your text exactly as provided. Please be sure to triple-check that all your wording is correct before submitting your order. Please Note: The design and exact size of your stamp may need to be adjusted to accommodate your wording.

PROOF: 1-proof is included with your purchase. Paper & Parcel will send your proof to the email address provided at checkout within 1-2 business days. Please review to ensure that all wording is correct and then send your final approval. Your stamp will only be made once you submit your final approval.

PRODUCTION TIME: Production time for your stamp is 3-4 business days after final approval.

RUSH ORDERS: I am currently not accepting rush orders.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped USPS First Class or First Class International. Shipping time for USPS First Class is 3-5 business days. FAQs

I offer three different types of printing: flat printing, letterpress, and foil stamping. I can also mix the printing techniques on the same paper or different printing techniques within an invitation suite. Flat printing, also sometimes referred to as digital or offset printing, is a printing process where the ink lies flat on the paper. Letterpress is one of the oldest printing techniques and it is a process where the ink is pressed into the paper giving it a bit of a texture. Foil stamping is similar to letterpress, but in place of ink, a piece of foil is used.

All Paper & Parcel's invitations are printed on beautiful, heavy cotton papers. For flat printing, I use a 118# Cotton Paper in White or Ivory. Letterpress, foil stamping, or mixed are printed on your choice of a 110# or 220# cotton paper in White, Ivory, or Cream. I also offer a variety of specialty and colored papers, please contact me for further details.

If you do not see the color(s) you’re looking for, no worries, I can customize an ink color(s) just for you. Please send me a swatch, CMYK value, or number from the Pantone Uncoated Formula Guide of your desired color. Custom color(s) are free for flat printing and $65 per ink for letterpress invitations. Custom color matching is not available for foil stamping. Yes, you can change the fonts. I have an extensive font collection that you can choose from (I will send you my font list during the design process), or I'd be happy to recommend fonts that work best with your desired design.

If you need an item shipped and delivered to you by a specific date, Paper & Parcel recommends USPS Express Mail as the service is guaranteed. Returns & exchanges

Paper & Parcel wants you to be absolutely ecstatic with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way, please let us know immediately.

If you need to cancel your invitation or stamp order, please let Paper & Parcel know in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are made based on work completed through the date of cancellation. Orders are nonrefundable once they have been sent to production.
