Sealing Wax in Lilac - Stamp Wax, Seal Wax – For use with Standard or Glue Gun
Each piece of sealing wax can make around 8 individual seals. Our wax is far more flexible and durable that the traditional type you will receive from other suppliers. Our exceptional quality means that it can survive through the postage system without falling apart like other waxes. We are 100% confident that of our seals will make it to their destination intact!
We choose to use sealing waxes that are made without internal wicks. When you burn wax with a cotton wick it gives off heavy black smoke which leaves a dark residue on the wax. This is a cheap method that destroys the integrity of the wax and impacts the color of the seal. We refuse to use such a low quality product.
Each unit consists of TWO high quality wax sticks. We will happily mix and match colors for you as well.
Two types of wax available, A) Standard type that we included in the set B) Compatible for use with a glue gun. Each stick has a diameter of 11mm and a length of 140mm.
Please remember to include the type and color in the "Note to Seller" section of your order.
We’re also capable of creating custom colors as well. Please provide pantone color as reference. Minimum order: 100 pieces.
Shipping Policy Monday is our cut-off day for all orders. If we receive an order before 9:00 am US Time we will ship it over the coming weekend. Orders after 9:00 am Monday will be shipped the following weekend. Fedex and speedpost is also available for urgent orders. Shipping Policy We ship order to worldwide exclude Africa. Delivery time is subjected to location.
A. Order Handling 1. The handling and production time is no more than i) 10 DAYS from purchase for non-custom made order and ii) 12 DAYS from the date of custom made draft confirmation we received for custom made or special request order. Over the standard timing, we will notify you upon receive your order. The order is dispatched in batch once a week on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly order cut off time is Monday 21:00 (GMT+8) (the ‘Cut Off Time’), order place before cut off time will be dispatched on the coming weekend. After the cut off day, the orders will be dispatched on the next weekend shipment. Below is the illustration of purchase before cut off (example 1) and purchase after cut off (example 2 & 3).
B. Standard Shipment The shipping is defaulted Hong Kong Post with registered standard international airmail unless otherwise specified.

E. Tracking Once the order is dispatched, a notification of shipment and tracking number will be upload to sales platform or by email in 12 hours. You can track your order online at carrier website, please be noticed that full tracking is not supported by some countries, please contact us or your post office for further details. F. Buyer Risks All the shipment is under C&F international trading term and condition. Buyer takes all the risk once the order is accepted by carrier. If the order has not yet arrived after 30 days from the day of shipment, buyer can request us to initial a cross-broader investigation procedure of the shipment. The investigation may takes up to 3 months. Completed of investigation, our carrier will provide the proof of successful or failed delivery.
Remarks #All above time is for reference only, we do not guarantee the delivery make within the time estimation. The actual time of delivery will depend on buyer local postal service quality and others uncontrollable factors includes but not limit to weather, postal checking and custom inspection delay.

Refund and Exchange Policy
A. 14 Days Refund Policy 1. All product, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 14 days return policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive) 2. The refund ONLY applicable to non-custom item. 3. Shipping fee is not refundable. 4. Buyer has to bear for the shipping cost of refund item. 5. Return have to initial within 14 days upon receive of item. 6. Item must be in NEW & UNUSED condition otherwise a 40% restocking fee will apply. 7. Return item has to be returned with unique return reference number. Do not ship the item back without return reference number; otherwise refund is unable to proceed. 8. Item has to be return with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed refund.

C. 90 days Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions 1. All products, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 90 days exchanges policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive). 2. In the event of defect in product quality and damage in product (the 'problem item'), you can return the problem item to us and exchange for a brand new replacement item (the ‘replacement’). 3. This policy does not cover the damage caused from failure to follow proper instructions. 4. The problem item can only exchange for the same model, same specification and same design of product. 5. Replacement cannot exchange for cash or other products. 6. Buyer have to bear for the return shipping cost of problem item, we bear the shipping cost for replacement. 7.
