I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, however, please understand that sometimes there are shipping delays that are out of my control (especially during bank holidays and peak periods such as Christmas etc.)
Please note that if you are out whilst a delivery has been attempted, this is not our responsibility. I will always add the tracking number to the email notifying when your order has been shipped allowing you to see if a delivery has been attempted or not. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we have received your returned order, we will issue you with a full refund. If it was ordered within the UK, we will also refund you the original shipping price.
