Returns to be notified within 3 days of receipt of item and to be returned within 7 days from receipt of item. If you are shipping an item over £20.00, you should consider using a Trackable shipping service. The goods are your responsibility until received back.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kushade office 4-5 blaenau enterprise centre, Abertillery, Gwent, NP13 3JW, United Kingdom. Order reference number and name and address details to be included.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. postage is non refundable.
