Shipping is calculated at the cheapest rate for you, which is by airmail and without insuranceor tracking. I can propose you airmail with insurance and tracking if you prefer, please ask costs! I do NOT earn money on postal charges, the rates are fixed by the FrenchPost. I only charge a 2.50$ fee for wrapping and packing material. I am an expert packer, seen my years of experience online. I always keep tracking information in case of problems, so don't worry and buy with confidence! Shipping charges depend on weight and on the country in which you want to be delivered. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items, which allows you to save on charges I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

RESERVATIONS All reservation requests will be considered as long as the item is purchased within a reasonable time frame. Send me a message if you would like to place a reservation.
CANCELED ORDERS Orders will be canceled after one week of no payment. I always send out a couple of emails or convos to remind you. If you've changed your mind, please let me know immediately so that I can place the item back in the shop.

Vintage items come with lots of character as they have been well-loved over the years.
We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges-all items are sold as is.
Due to the nature of our vintage items, all sales are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges). We describe all vintage items, through both photography and description, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular item, please make sure to contact us prior to purchase.
Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, the package then becomes the carrier's responsibility and Papeterie de Paris can no longer be liable. Please let us know if you'd like insurance prior to payment.
Please feel confident that we pack all of our items very carefully to ensure they arrive safely! We have safe arrivals & wonderful 'green' recycled packaging. Please read our feedback and purchase your items in confidence.

product sourcing If you’re looking for something gorgeous to feature in your home, event or photoshoot, just let me know – it’s amazing what I can stumble across in my ramblings around the country. And if I don’t stumble upon it, I will hunt it down, wrestle it to the ground, and deliver it to you personally!
media loans Papeterie de Paris loans out our vintage and industrial items for photoshoots in magazines, newspapers, online media and blogs. If you are sourcing props, we have hundreds of unique and one-off pieces for you to choose from papeterie de Paris . Items may be borrowed for on-page credits to include my name, contact number and website address.
