Never used. Preowned.

The envelope shows some crinkled corners, small tears and wrinkles from storage in my sewing room. The envelope is not as crisply white as when new. Ink pen on the front.

Misses' Shirt-Jacket, Skirt and Pants: A "Pounds Thinner" Pattern, which mean it make you look slimmer. Shirt-Jacket has front button closing and top-stitched yoke and pockets. Skirt and Pants have zipper closing and waistband.

We generally are unable to ship overnight, please contact us before purchasing a item if you need to make special time sensitive shipping arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot meet the delivery date your require.

Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address Etsy provides via their purchase notification to us. Anything returned due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. Once a package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping charge and any fees the post office may charge for the return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 8 TO 12 WEEKS. Shipping delays may occur globally due to holidays, weather conditions, security issues, calculation of customs fees / taxes, etc. We cannot control such factors, however frustrating they may be. We are not responsible for lost packages and the proper insurance claims will be filed with the USPS and a refund given based on their decision.

We ship internationally, the shipping amounts listed are our best estimate. We do not pay for or reimburse for customs or related fees. We have noticed that VAT / customs fees have been applied to nearly 100% of our shipments to the UK and most of Europe.

Shipping costs will not be refunded during an authorized return and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly suggest any return is sent with tracking and the tracking number provided to us.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via Etsy within 3 days of your receipt. When your return is approved, you must return the item to us within 5 business days (7 calendar days) and provide us with the tracking number to ensure safe delivery. When the item is received back in the same condition as it was shipped to you, a refund will be given less a restocking fee generally the original cost of mailing the item to you and any costs associated with cleaning / dry cleaning the item for hygienic purposes before returning to our store stock. Our items are gently cleaned unless noted then properly stored in a clean, smoke-free, pet free environment. We cannot guarantee the storage conditions of an item before we purchased it. We use upcycled packing materials.

From time to time, a state within the United States or a country has regulations that may prohibit the sale of an item to the specific address, we reserve the right to cancel these orders and notify the buyer as to the reason. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
