All our stamps come with wooden handles as standard, should you prefer a perspex mount instead (no Handle) the option is listed on here at £2.00 less.

Buying Process:

Simply add to basket and once purchased in the seller notes please as add a comment of the text you require as well as any other changes needed.
We will send you a proof within 24hours and once the artwork is approved we will start making the stamp

Dispatch Times

We sometimes vary our dispatch times depending on how many orders there to process. Usual dispatch times are between 1-3 Days and on busy periods 2-5. If you need your stamp for a certain time please pop us a message, we are always happy to help if we can.

UK 2nd Class post 1-2 Days
UK First Class Post 1 Day

USA Standard 5-15 Days (usually 7 days)

Europe: 3-10 Working days

Rest of the world: 5-15 days

We recommend our international customers to select tracked for service, however in the very few instances that a parcel goes missing please allow up to 25 days as customs on occasions will hold a parcel for longer.

About our process:

We are a small family business. A team of two Sarah & Daniel. All our stamp are 100% made by us in our workshop. We are UK Based with a lovely following on Etsy and social media from USA, Canada, Australia and the UK.
We care about our products and how our materials are sourced, we use eco-friendly green and Grey rubber and our oak handles are made from recycled English oak.

All our custom stamps are as standard gift wrapped in hessian bags. Some of the larger stamps, however, are too big for the bags but we make every effort to present our products beautifully. We pride ourselves on our products and the way they are presented.

Sometimes when a stamp is left along time without use the ink can clog up between the gaps on the rubber. The simple solution is to gently wipe the base using a baby wipe until the ink has come off, dry with a clean cloth and you are good to go. Delivery to UK: 1-2 workings days from the item being made. We ship by Royal mail 2nd class post. Delivery to EU: 4 to 7 working days Delivery to the rest of the world: 5 to 14 working days Should your item take longer please get in touch with us to resolve. We always keep a record of postage. If buying from outside of the EU please check with your local customs office as they sometimes hold parcels for longer on occasion. We offer a tracked service that we highly recommend you purchase if buying from outside the UK.

If you have purchased your Item and it has been more than 30 days since it has been marked as dispatched on Etsy. Please contact us. We try our best to minimise loss of parcels and offer a tracked service option on our listings. We highly recommend you choose this option. If an item has been lost and it has been more than 30 days since it was dispatched we will remake the stamp and resend it. We will ask you to pay for the upgraded Tracked postage cost but the stamp will be remade free of charge. We do not offer refunds for items that have been lost and a tracked service was not selected. We will, however, offer the option of a refund or remake if tracked service was selected and has been lost.

All orders placed are binding on your behalf. When you place an order we will treat that as an offer to buy. All orders received will be acknowledged by a system generated order confirmation e-mail at which time we enter into a contract with you. If a confirmation e-mail is not received, your order may not have been received and you should contact us to confirm this. If your order includes an image that you have uploaded, our acceptance of your order is conditional on the suitability of the image. we reserve the right to send out an alternative brand of product.

You warrant that you have appropriate intellectual property rights and any other required permissions or licenses to use all content, data or details you ask us to use or which you upload to us. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for all liability resulting from any breach of warranties including the above-mentioned breach intellectual property warranty.

Important: You are responsible for entering and proof reading all the text and details entered for each design of every item ordered. This includes text such as postal address, e-mail address, telephone numbers and reference numbers etc. that may be included in the design. We assume that you have checked the details and that they are correct. Where possible, if poor quality artwork or obvious typographical errors are noted, we will try to contact you for confirmation of the order before production but the sole responsibility is always with you. We do not accept any liability for any costs associated with errors in stamp design prior to our manufacture and shipping.

Stampit Uk does not exclude liability for: (i) any fraudulent act or omission; or (ii) for death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier's other legal obligations. Subject to this, the Supplier is not liable for (i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or (ii) loss (eg loss of profit) to the Customer's business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer - because the Supplier believes the Customer is not buying the Goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft or profession.

Please make sure you check delivery times and dispatch times before placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to make sure this has been checked before placing an order. If you are unsure please ask us as we are more than happy to accommodate short notice or urgent stamps. Placing an order then asking us to cancel is time consuming and affects our shop and thus us subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
