UK: All orders to the UK will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class post. Tracking is not offered as standard and if you would like to upgrade your order to tracked, please message us before placing your order.
With orders sent within the UK, once it has been dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 7 working days, please contact us as we will be happy to assist.
OVERSEAS (including EU): All orders to be posted overseas (including the EU) will be posted via International Standard post. Tracking is not offered as standard and if you would like to upgrade your order to tracked, please message us before placing your order.
With orders sent outside the UK (including EU), once it has been dispatched, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 15 working days, please contact us as we will be happy to assist.
CUSTOM CHARGES: Items sent outside the UK may incur custom charges and we are not responsible for any charges that may become payable.
You as the buyer are responsible for any custom charges/taxes/fees that may apply to your country.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when ordering. Buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if an order is not received or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you accidentally provide the wrong address when ordering, please message us as soon as possible.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards as payment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel your order please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order, as after this time your order will have been processed and may have already been dispatched.
If you cancel your order after this time, we cannot refund you shipping costs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
REFUNDS: Refunds for physical stickers will be issued for items returned to us (in the condition which the buyer received them in) within a month of your order. We will issue a refund once we have received your item.
Please note: we will not refund any shipping fees.
If you received a damaged product, do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily address the problem and assist you in any way we can.
PRINTABLES: Please note that due to the nature of instant downloads (printable stickers), we cannot refund these items.
