Please be sure your ship to address is where you would like your package sent. I print my labels directly from Etsy or Paypal and the address that is listed is the one I ship to.
I package supplies either in a box, polymer bag, or bubble envelope depending on the items. Once the package leaves my home I am not responsible for any loss or damage. If you would like shipping insurance please select that as a shipping add on when purchasing your items, so if anything happens to your package in transit, the cost and shipping cost will be refunded once the claim has processed.
Please know if you select priority mail as an upgrade, that does not mean you will get the package within 2 days. Typically once picked up, the packages take 1-3 days, but it's not promised on behalf of the USPS. It does move my production time up and puts your order at the top of the list so I can get it out as soon as possible.
If your package is taking too long, please call the USPS with your tracking number and open a case with them. A lot of times it will move the process along much faster. As I said, once the packages leaves my home, I have no control of what happens to it, and how fast it arrives at it's destination.
Orders outside the U.S. are welcome! Because shipping prices vary so much from country to country, I have all of my international shipping set to one price. If it is more than a dollar less for me to ship the package I will refund you the difference.
Also once your package leaves the U.S., I am not able to track it. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
I accept direct payment, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards! Once your payment is submitted, I will work on getting your order together as soon a possible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not accept returns or refunds. That being said, I am human and once in a while there's a chance I may miss something, so if something is not right in your order please message me and we will work something out.
Please do not leave your child/baby alone with the supplies as they can be a choking hazard.
