I ship USPS priority on most purchases so your item(s) arrive quickly and safely, if you have a rush order that requires rush shipping I can do that at an additional cost to you. Please notify me before you make your purchase if you need a rush order.
We also ship internationally but please make sure and notify us so we can adjust the shipping costs if need be. Occasionally, when shipping items internationally, an item will get flagged by the receiving country's Customs Department. I have no control over this and I am not responsible for extra charges incurred due to such flagging. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Price advertised in my shop DOES NOT include duty or VAT. If charges are incurred, you will be expected to pay this once the shipment arrives.
I ship to your address associated with your PayPal account ONLY. Please make sure that address is correct and up to date when making your purchase.
Once your item is dropped off at the Post Office I am no longer responsible for it if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit to you.
Insurance is always available to add on to your package. This addition will be added on to your final total. If you would like insurance added please let me know BEFORE you make your purchase.
I accept paypal and debit/credit card payments. I require payment up front but some exceptions can be made. Because all items are custom designed, turn around time can be anywhere from the same day to a month depending on the order. Please note that payments made with an electronic check on Paypal will be delayed up to seven days until the payment clears.
Returns & exchanges
I do not accept exchanges as the majority of my items are custom made and therefore not resell-able. If a situation arises please contact me and I will work with you to solve the situation.
Refunds are given on a case by case basis.
If an order is cancelled by the buyer or seller and any design work has been completed or supplies have been purchased, a refund will be given minus a percentage of the work already done.
Rush Orders: I am happy to accommodate your rush order. Please contact me BEFORE placing your order to discuss the details and the additional rush fee.
Communication: Kindly note that production time is co-dependent upon client responding to emails and etsy convos in a timely manner. Any delay in communication with customer will result in delay of proofs or final product being sent.
Design by the hour: If you are interested in hiring me for other design projects, my rate is $30 an hour. Depending on the project I can also bid it as a package. Send me a message and we can work out the details.
Note: Like most handmade items, please be aware that there will be some slight inconsistencies in items like cupcake flags, and straw flags. I always sift through before shipping to make sure they are as uniform as possible. Thanks for supporting hand made!
