Directions to iron-on: Make sure the original garment is clean. Place your appliqué in the desired position on garment and place a pressing cloth (such as a handkerchief or fabric) over top. With a medium-hot iron, press the iron down for 20 seconds. Turn the garment inside-out, place the pressing cloth over the working area, and press for 15 more seconds. Repeat until the iron-on patch is fully applied.

In rare cases, it may take 30 – 90 days for your package to arrive, since First Class international mail is not guaranteed. The tracking number given can be tracked on the USPS website and then on the customer's countries national postal website. Love Caroline O is not responsible for customs charges and they are not included in the price of shipping (if applicable).

{LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES}
PLEASE KNOW that USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection of dedication to our customers. Once the package is handed over to the post office, whatever happens is COMPLETELY out of our hands.

Love Caroline O is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is automatically included in Priority shipping, up to $50 value. It is the customers responsibility to request to purchase additional insurance on orders over a $50 value. If the package is undeliverable for any reason AND the packaged is returned to Love Caroline O, buyers have the option to pay for shipment and have the package reshipped to them.

{WRONG ADDRESS}
The address provided on the invoice is the address that is used for shipment. If the order invoice has the wrong address, Love Caroline O is not responsible for the lost or undeliverable package. If the invoice contains the wrong address, please send us a message as soon as possible, as we are not able to change the address on the package once it has been marked as shipped. As before, if a package is shipped back to Love Caroline O, the buyer has the option of reshipping the package for an additional fee.

Returns & exchanges

{RETURN AND CANCELATION}
Please double check your ENTIRE order, including the address and quantity, before placing it. All items on the store are handmade, custom made-to-order, so Love Caroline O will not cancel an item once it is placed, made, packaged, or shipped. The store also does not accept returns, especially on custom orders or bulk orders. Custom orders are made the closest to the specifications of the buyer while still maintaining the item within a reasonable price range.

Regarding handmade items & clothing: Every item is inspected before shipment, so any damage done to the item is on behalf of the post office. Like any handmade item, it is not made in a factory and these items (including flower crowns) are should be handled with care. Please note that every handmade item (including dresses, shirts, and other clothing) may vary slightly since they are made by a pair of hands. Refunds are not given due to sizing issues. All clothing pieces are measured while on the ground laying flat. ALL SIZES ARE "SUGGESTED" and buyer is responsible in determining if the flat lay measurements fit his/her body. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Regarding vintage items: Keep in mind that you are buying vintage (used) items, so there may be minor imperfections. We do point out any flaws that we notice, but it's possible that we overlook something. Refunds not given for odor or smells attached to the vintage piece. Refunds are not given due to sizing issues. All pieces are measured while on the ground laying flat. If you are concerned about the condition of an item, contact us and ask for additional information, including more pictures (such as close ups). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The "Note to Seller" comments will only be considered if Love Caroline O requests that buyer uses it as a reminder to customize an order, ship out by a certain date, etc. Otherwise, comments "Note to Seller" that ARE NOT pre-authorized by Love Caroline O will not be considered, such as seller needing an item by a certain date, customization without confirming with Love Caroline O first, seller requesting item to ship out ASAP, etc.

Please remember that this store is not a large corporation and Love Caroline O is my sole source of income. Know that this is my livelihood and anything negative hurts not only my business but also my opportunities to grow. I am only able to fix incidents that are my fault, not the fault of the buyer or of USPS.
