Dazor Double Gooseneck Model 1000 Industrial light. Heavy duty and very durable. This light shows a few minor scratches and scuffs with missing finish, but it is clean overall. The base has a felt covering. This light features a nice, wide head, and two strong goosenecks to allow for  adjustment. The tag on the back says "Model 1000 218 volts 60 cycles .66 Amperes, Dazor MFG Corp St Louis, MO USA." This light uses 2 F15T8D 15 Watt Daylight Bulbs.

Base measures 6 3/8" at widest, and 8 1/8" in length. Each gooseneck measures 10" long. Shade measures 20 1/2" wide, and 5 1/4" wide. Light measures about 16" tall at highest point, and 6 3/4" at lowest.
