Our standard ESTIMATED shipping times are as follows. This does not include processing time which is usually 2-4 business days. These times may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates! Canada: 2-7 business days USA: 5-10 business days All other Countries: 1-3 weeks depending upon location Tracking number will only be included for the item upon specific request from the customer. There will be a small extra fee depending on the shipping location.

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we recommend you purchase tracked shipping for your order. If you pick our standard postage option (without tracking) and your order goes missing, there is not much we can do and unfortunately we cannot be held liable.

To keep the price of postage down, we ship orders with standard Canada Post letter mail which is not tracked. If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the 'tracked' option at the checkout. Your tracking number will be set to you once your order is shipped.

As much as we'd all love for Canada Post, USPS and other mail carriers to be completely and totally reliable, sometimes they slip up. We are not responsible for replacing orders placed with our Standard shipping option at checkout. We offer tracked shipping options via Canada Post/USPS worldwide. In the event that a tracked package goes astray, we will replace the order in its entirety or provide you with a store credit (minus shipping) - whichever you prefer!
