If you're within the UK you can pay via Direct Checkout, Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, personal cheque or postal order (contact me for details). Everywhere outside the UK: Direct Checkout, Paypal or Etsy Gift Cards only.
I live in England, in the U.K. and I ship worldwide.
I mail purchases within two or three working days of payment, usually the very next day. I will then send you a message to let you know your item is on its way. All packages are insured.
Most of my listings are set up to automatically calculate the combined shipping/postage costs of multiple items. If the cost of mailing your item(s) is less than what you paid I will contact you and refund the excess after mailing.
When you have received your purchase it would be great if you could let me know - either via an email or Etsy conversation or by leaving positive feedback (if you're pleased with your purchase). If you're not happy with your purchase or if there is any other problem please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my very best to resolve it.
I accept Direct Checkout and Paypal from all customers.
Customers within the U.K. may also choose personal cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay via either of these methods please send me a message and I'll arrange it with you.
Please be aware that if you pay via Paypal I cannot mail to an address which is different from that associated with your Paypal account.
Returns & exchanges
I will fully refund (including shipping) any item that arrives faulty or damaged, or has been lost in the mail/post. I may ask you to email me photos of the damage etc. I will refund you the cost of mailing faulty or damaged items to me. If your item has been lost in the mail I may ask for you co-operation in trying to find it and in making a claim with Royal Mail (the shipping company I use).
I accept returns for items that you have changed your mind about. The items must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition. I will refund the cost of the item but I will not refund the original shipping and I will not cover the cost of mailing the item back to me.
I can make adjustments to items, usually for free (additional materials may be charged for).
I can do custom orders - just send me a message and we can discuss it. I will request a deposit for most projects.
