Payments

All payments are due at the time of check out.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We will not return a used diaper. If there is a problem, we will work best to fix the problem, however, we make no guarantees on giving a return. If there is a defect outside of normal wear and tear, I will work quickly to fix the item.

Custom orders will not be refunded or canceled after 24 hours. Once I receive your custom measurements, I will start making the garment. I will not refund after that period.

An item will not be refunded due to "pooling". I believe that is territory with knitted items.

In the event, of overselling due to a technical error, we will refund your money back to you, and first person to make the purchase will receive the goods.

Additional policies

My house is pet friendly and has one small inside dog. The animals are not around the fabric or yarns.

Hand knits- All items are hand knitted/crocheted by me by yarn also dyed by me, unless otherwise specified. I offer instock and custom items.

Yarns- All yarns are hand-dyed and set with heat by me. Dying yarn is not perfect, therefore there can be minor flaws in the dying process- which is what makes hand dyed yarn fun. If I notice this, I will picture it and put it in the ad. Pictures are not an exact match to the colors, but I try my best to get them to the closest representation. I do not accept returns. However, if you have any problems, notify me immediately after receiving your yarn. IF there is an exception made to return the yarn, it must be in the condition as it was received. No dye lots are the same, and some yarns may be dyed in lots of 1 or more. For the most part our yarns are one of a kind. Even in skeins where they were dyed together, there may be slight variations in shades of coloring or length of coloring. This is to be expected with dying.

I do not do any wholesales.
