Item details

Five borosilicate focals. Please use the coin as a point of reference for their size. They were wound on a 3/32 inch mandrel, and were annealed in a computer controlled kiln for strength and durability. Carefully cleaned and inspected for quality control.

Insurance is NOT recommended but optional, I pack extremely well, and feel it adds an unnecessary expense. Over eight years of internet sales I have had no losses or breakage. If you still would like insurance, please contact me and I will send you a separate invoice.

A note about my pricing. I like to keep my prices as friendly as possible. As a designer myself I realize how high priced materials can hamper sales......and that is the bottom line. I base my prices strictly on labor. Put simply two beads can look very similar but one requires many layers of glass to get the effect, or maybe it must be worked for a long time in the flame to coax out just the right colors. All of that requires time, and that makes a bead more expensive.

Thank you for visiting my bead store on ETSY, and I hope you find just the right beads for your jewelry making and please come back often!

Shipping is always USPS. I don't really recommend insurance as I have never experienced a loss or breakage.....and if that should ever occur I will personally make good on the item to the buyers satisfaction. Insurance just adds an unnecessary cost. Having said that, if you REALLY want insurance just convo me.

Payments

Paypal only. If you think its going to take longer than 5 days, let me know.

Returns & exchanges

I go to great lengths to photograph my beads as accurately as possible. In ten years of selling online, only a few sets have been returned, so I feel my presentation is true. Their size is always accurately stated in the description. Therefore I will offer a refund only in the event of broken or damaged beads, or if they have been grossly misrepresented by me in the listing, i.e. wrong photo, etc.
