If you are outside the US, please check the list of prohibited items for your country here: http://pe.usps.com/text/Imm/immctry.htm before you purchase an animal skull, antler(s), or taxidermy. Every country is different! If an item you purchase is confiscated at customs I will not be held responsible for replacing it or refunding you.

Returns & exchanges
We want to make you happy. Please contact us if you're unfulfilled with your purchase before you leave negative feedback. We will give a full refund, exchange, fix the item, etc. Whatever is needed based on the situation up to 60 days after purchase. Generally, we only ask that you cover the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged. Insurance is included with all US purchases. We do not replace or refund packages that have had their delivery confirmed by the post office. Please try to inform us of issues within 14 days of delivery. Order exchanges, returns or missing packages are situational and all questions can be answered by contacting us. For US customers: once the tracking status indicates that the package has been delivered, all inquiries must go to USPS.
We'll ship anywhere but I can only guarantee shipments to addresses verified by the US postal service.
