I can ship to anywhere in the world. Please note that packages received outside the EU may be subject to custom fees and taxes, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Smaller linens are shipped by priority registered letter which requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that not all countries (including the US and Canada) offer tracking once the letter leaves Poland. In some cases, particularly the US, priority registered letters may take 30 days (or more) to reach their destination.
Larger linens and orders are shipped as priority packets or parcels. Tracking to all countries is available.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I take great care to describe my items as they are, and do mention signs of wear, loose threads, holes, stains or tears. Please remember that the threadwork offered in my shop is vintage, and may show some signs of age. Also, following the 3-star review I received on May 9, 2018, I've re-measured all my crocheted and knitted linens to ensure the sizes are correct.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me using the 'contact' button within 3 days of receiving your item. I will refund the purchase price upon return of the item in same condition. Please remember that all postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Missing deliveries: I can only file a claim with my post office 30 days after a registered letter, packet or parcel has been sent. Polish Post then has 3 months to address the claim and track the missing item. Please note that I am unable to issue a refund until I receive a reply to my claim. If you are unhappy or uncomfortable with this, please do not make a purchase.
