Set of 60 Assorted Batik Half Hexie Blocks

Great stash builder! Sets are selected from various batiks from my stash. There are 60+ blocks in each set. There are some duplicate prints within your set, to create a full hexagons. Included are high quality cotton quilt fabric and flannels. You could also make a friendship braid quilt, see last photo of how to arrange your blocks. All sets are different.

Sets are selected from prints from Moda, Windham, Kaffe Fassett, Maywood Studios, Free Spirit Studios, RJR Fabrics, Henry Glass, Robert Kaufman, Fig Tree & Co., Dan Morris, Paintbrush Studio, American Made Brand, Kona, Michael Miller and more!!!

Quilt blocks measure 2 1/2" tall by 5" wide at the base

All fabric is new and not recycled. Machine pieced in my smoke-free home studio. The quilt blocks are neatly pressed, stacked and placed in a sealed bag to keep them dust free.

FAQs

The process of turning soft clay into a beautiful ceramic piece takes up to 2 weeks to complete! After forming and texturing the clay into the shape desired, it must be allowed to sit until it is bone dry. The greenware is then bisque-fired in the kiln, where the clay is transformed into ceramic. After this first firing, the pieces are sanded, rinsed, and prepared for glazing. Several coats of glaze are applied, allowing the glaze to dry before another coat is applied. The glazed bisque-ware is now ready for its final glaze firing. Each firing takes about 22-24 hours. When the pottery emerges from the second fire, any stilt marks are sanded down and the piece is cleaned, polished and ready for use!
