If the item doesn't include free customization, we can still work together to create a custom product just for you. Depending on what you'd like to change, the fee will vary. In many situations, we're able to prepare and ship your order within 1 day of receiving it! However, some items may take longer to prepare due to our handmade manufacturing process. Typically, we are able to ship all orders somewhere between 1 to 3 business days. If we are out of stock on the requested size or item, we will get in touch with you immediately to give you an expected ship date. This very rarely happens, but it can delay the processing of your order by a few days. We're always working to make sure that we get your order on its way ASAP.

Yes! We charge $5 to expedite order processing. We can push your order to the front of the line to get it processed and shipped the same day, as long as your order is placed before 5 PM MST. This option is almost always available, so send us a message and we will be sure that your order is at the top of our list! You'll be billed for this upgrade separately once we confirm the details with you directly.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout, and the fee will vary depending on the size and weight of the item ordered. - USPS First Class Package Services is the standard option. This will be the least expensive, and it should take around 3 - 5 business days for your package to arrive. - USPS Priority Mail is a great way to speed up the delivery process. Your package will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days, and in most major areas it only takes 2! - USPS Priority Mail Express will provide overnight delivery to most major areas. This is the only shipping option that provides a scheduled delivery time that is GUARANTEED. For international packages, delivery time will vary depending on the destination country.

While we do not accept refunds, we can exchange your item as long as it hasn't been worn or damaged.
