SHIPPING: Crow's Eye Bead Shop currently ships to the United States. Orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. You may also upgrade to Priority Mail and any shipping overages will be refunded. Orders which exceed regular shipping fees of $7.25 will automatically ship via Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that delivery of Priority Mail orders often takes just as long as First Class.
Customer must provide the correct mailing address and we are not responsible for USPS undeliverable, business closed, moved/no forwarding address, incorrect, unconfirmed or unverified addresses.
Orders normally take 3-6 days for delivery. Wait times can be affected by out of our control delays such as severe weather patterns, holiday observances, road construction, postal labor disputes, etc.
CROW'S EYE BEAD SHOP is not responsible for packages being held at buyer's P.O. and awaiting pick up. Buyer is responsible for retrieving their order in such instances. Orders returned to me in this situation can be reordered for the cost of reshipping.
PURCHASING: Order is fulfilled when payment is received. Crow's Eye Bead Shop accepts all major credit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards. No personal checks, money orders or cash accepted. A 6% Michigan sales tax is included on all Michigan orders. ONLY ONE COUPON CODE MAY BE APPLIED PER ORDER. ORDERS USING MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
All items on sale must be purchased at the time of the sale. Saved cart items purchased post-sale will be refunded and cancelled.
Reserved and custom orders must be purchased within 36 hours of notification before they are returned to open stock. Custom, $1 Sale, Etsy On Sale and reserved listings are not eligible for coupon code discounts.
Currently unavailable or out of stock special orders require a 15% non-refundable deposit.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
RETURNS: All orders are insured by Shipsurance. Beads damaged by USPS will be refunded including shipping fees, pending photographic proof of damage.. I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please read all item descriptions thoroughly before placing your order.
Returns must be post marked no later than 7 business days from the date of original delivery. Please provide proof of return shipping by providing a photo/message of receipt and/or tracking number. Items damaged or lost post delivery are not refundable. Crow's Eye Bead Shop is not responsible for uninsured returns.
IRREGULAR, LAST LOT, CLEARANCE, SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM OR RESERVED ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please contact me before leaving a negative review and I will happily resolve whatever problem there may be with your beads. Beads returned without prior consent will be returned to sender.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipsurance does not cover lost or missing orders marked 'Delivered' by USPS.
