* If an item arrives damaged, please let me know within 3 days of receipt.
* Photos will be appreciated, but not required.
* Each case will be dealt with according to circumstance. Example: item was misrepresented in listing. I do everything to be accurate in my photos and descriptions, but as we know, colors can come up differently on computers. And it is always possible that I might miss a tiny hole or spot.
* Typically a refund will be given for the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY.
* Customer will be responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS, both to and from.
* I will require the item back before I make that refund.
* No problem is so big that we can't find a solution!
