All of our items are shipped from our store in Maryland. All orders are shipped via USPS. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (Except Federal Holidays), and make every effort to get your package shipped as soon as possible. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or missing after tracking number shows delivered. If you wish to have your order insured, please upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail®. Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from what is listed during checkout.

If USPS deems your package as "undeliverable as address", customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with reshipping the package. Customers also have the option of a refund for the order minus the original shipping costs.
