All items are shipped from New Zealand.

I will ship to the address provided by Etsy, unless otherwise instructed during check out.

International Delivery will be via New Zealand's international Air Postal Service, which takes between 3-10 working days.

You will receive an email via Etsy once your package has shipped.

Any shipping overages as calculated by Etsy will be refunded once your items have been shipped and the cost has been confirmed.

Packaging :
Your parcel will be carefully wrapped for the best protection I can provide. However I can not take responsibility for damage caused by postal workers .

Insurance:
All items are shipped without a tracking number and insurance (unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer )

Customs and duties :
All import fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser .

Payments

I accept payment via credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Once I have received payment I will process your order, within 1-3 business days.

If payment is not made within 72 hours of purchase I will assume your order is cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with a product that you have purchased please let me know immediately so I can do my best to rectify the situation.

Refunds and exchanges are handled case by case.

Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your item, and the item must be returned in its original condition within 10 working days .

All returns are at the customer's expense.

Additional policies

All of my products are hand dyed, with professional acid dyes.

The colour ways I create are unique, and even in cases where I sell 'repeatable' colour ways, there will be variances in the dye lots. Please make sure you purchase the quantity of yarn you need first time, so as to avoid disappointment from mixed dye lots.

I do my best to show the yarn colors as accurately as possible in my photos but not all colours show exactly as they are in person. If I believe a colour way is NOT showing accurately, I will add notes to this affect in the listing.

At this stage I do not offer custom colour ways.
