We ship products with UPS, USPS mail and freight line. Tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as item ship.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express and Discover).
For international customer, the easier way to pay us is by PayPal. We will only ship to Paypal confirmed address.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Return must be done within 14 days after received merchandise. Any discrepancy must be reported within 3 days. All return and exchange must be in the same condition as ship out with insurance & original package box, materials. Shipping and labor charge is non-refundable. Buyer pays round-trip shipping for returning an item. We have the right to reject any unauthorized return. Any items that purchase & hold in our store for more than 14 days before ship out cannot be returned for a refund.
Customers are responsible to report any damage within 7 days receiving the item. All packing material should be kept in case a claim is needed. We are not responsible for any damage cost if damage claim cannot be filed to insurance company due to customer's mistake - "did not keep the original packaging material and box".
