In stock items ship within 2 business days. Made to order and custom order items usually ship within 6-10 business days depending on size, quantity, and complexity of order. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for all of our shipping needs. Expected arrival times are 3-7 business days for in stock items, and 10-14 business days for made to order and custom order items. If you need products shipped individually or expedited, we can do that! Just let us know.
We do expect payment at time of checkout/order placement, but we also understand things happen. If you are unable to pay at time of puchase or after placing an order, just send us a detailed email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do to help you out. If you must cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our number one goal is making and keeping our customers happy! If there is any problem with your order or the product you received, please don"t hesitate to contact us through Etsy, or email@example.com. RETURNS: We offer 30 days from the time your shipment is received to return your item for any reason. As long as you contact us within 30 days and let us know you wish to return an item, we will honor your return. GIFTS: For gift items, we offer 60 days from the time your order is received. Please add a note that it is a gift purchase at checkout. If you need longer because the day the gift will be given is further than 60 days away, please include that in your attached note. DAMAGES: If your item is damaged when it arrives, please let us know and we will send another item. Just contact us immediately and send the damaged item back to us and we can refund the return shipping price (if any). ADDITIONAL TERMS: Any shipping paid by buyer is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, labeling, and packaging.
