I will ship in stock items within 2 business days, Via canada post, using the most economical method, often Expresspost within Canada, and Small Packet Air to the US or Internationally.
International orders may carry customs or duty fees, I am not responsible for this, please know your country's rules on importing items such as wool and Alpaca before ordering items of this nature, thank you.
If the actual shipping cost is less than charged, by greater than $2 I will refund the difference.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I ship all items in plastic bags, in an envelope of appropriate size, to avoid damage. Labels and tags may be crushed during packaging and shipping.
I hope you’ll be happy with your purchase in all your transactions with my shop but if you feel you received something that is not correct, please do not hesitate to contact me within 7 days of reciept. I’ll replace your item or refund, the item must be returned in unused condition.

I accept custom orders. If you see a knit item in the shop you like that is not in your size or color, send me a message. If you would like custom spun yarn, send me a message, and we can discuss details. I do not dye colorways, copied from other indie dyers, or try to duplicate their colourways
