Please allow for the specified time frame that was stated on your shipping notification and on our shop's policies. If it does not arrive after that, please allow 1-2 more weeks to see if it arrives. Send me a message on Etsy if this is the case and I will sort something out with you. If you message me within 21 days after the shipping time frame, I can still help you deal with any issues you have with your order. However, after this, there is nothing further I can do to help. If your order is missing, you will be responsible for paying any fees towards a reshipment.

I love receiving custom orders! However it is not always feasible for me to create them for you so please do just drop me a message to see if it's possible for me to make them for you. I accept requests for ideas for new stickers, customised embossed notebooks and calligraphy requests.

For UK customers, tracking numbers will appear in your shipment notification. For other countries, there is an option to purchase tracking with your order. If you did not do this at checkout and your order does not arrive, we hold no responsibility for your missing order.
