This beautiful silky tencel fibre was hand spun before spinning into a fine plied yarn. It is made of 100% plant based materials so it's suitable for vegans and the tencel manufacturing process makes it one of the most eco friendly fibres going! It is cool against the skin and super shiny and silky.
I dyed this yarn in a stunning silver and turquoise, inspired by a still from my favourite episode of Doctor Who - I wonder if you can guess which one?! You will find listings for some other yarn bases dyed in the same colours in my shop.
This beautiful yarn would be great for weaving, for edging or highlights, knitting a unique small item, freeform crochet or any other fibre art you can think of. It would also make a great gift for any yarn lover.
Not just for vegans or those with a wool allergy, this amazingly soft and silky yarn is suitable for any fibre addict!

The yarn is slightly thick & thin so all measurements are approximate. Please note that the price of this yarn reflects the less than perfect plying - the two threads may part a little in places.
I always try my best to photograph accurately, but screens do differ so the colour might not be exactly as you see in the pictures.
