We ship USPS Priority or Express shipping. We also offer FedEx if you would like a guaranteed delivery date. Please message us to discuss and we will make it happen!
For all international orders, Ana Brand is NOT responsible for any fees related to or for customs and/or entry into your country. The shipping fees you pay are quoted to us by USPS to get your item from our location to yours. Additional fees are your responsibility.
Please remember - Express shipping does not mean Express production. Your shipping timeline, depending on where you live, is separate from your production timeline (2-3 weeks standard). Please see above for more information on Production Timelines.
We accept payment through paypal and credit card.
DISCOUNT CODES If you have any discount codes or vouchers you have purchased, and would like to use them on your order, you MUST enter your discount code/voucher code at time of purchase.
This also applies to Ana Brandt Online MEMBERS. You MUST enter your discount code at time of purchase.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER YOUR TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED. If you forget to enter it or for some reason do not enter your code, we will not be able to give you money back.
There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
If you have an issue with your item, you must be in contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your item AND the item MUST be unworn/unused. If these criteria are met, we will discuss your situation with you. Any exchanges must be handled within 7 days of receipt (after we have discussed), as long as it is returned the same way we sent it out. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.
We LOVE making custom products!!! Just send us a message us through Etsy to ensure we can do what you need. Then, when you place your order, you will click on the "customize my item" listing, under 'Rush and Custom Orders' Section, and add it to your cart. Please type a few notes in the listing so the seamstress handling your order knows what you would like to have done. If we have any questions, we will send you a message.
