Our necklace are made to order. Once we cut material we cannot re-use it. Because of this all payment is due before an order could be started.

We accept check, money order, payment through Etsy and PayPal. Orders paid with check or money order will be held until check or money order are received and clear.

We'd be happy to cancel an order as long as it has not been completed. Once it is completed the order cannot be cancelled. Our products are all custom and it is very rare to sell the same cords in the same quantity, material, color and length.

If an order is made in a different material, color or length from what was ordered we will gladly issue a full refund or re-do the order for you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
I stand behind my products/work. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Feel free to ask. I'd be more than happy to work with you if there is a problem with my items or if you made an error when ordering.

CUSTOM REQUESTS
If you don't see what you like just send us a message. Most of our current styles are a result of someone's request for a custom cord. If we don't have it, we will definitely try to create it. We could mix lengths, materials and colors so don't be afraid to ask. We wont charge extra for custom orders unless the material required is of significantly higher cost. Otherwise, be creative! Mix colors, mix materials, add more strands etc.

COULD I ORDER A MIX OF COLORS OR LENGTHS:
Yes, we make each necklace by hand therefore you could ask for any mix of colors and/or lengths at no extra charge. If you need "a few of these and a few of those" just let us know by adding a note to seller during checkout.


DO YOU MAKE LONG NECKLACES:
Yes, if the length you need is not listed just send us a note at check-out and we will make them in your desired length. We charge the same price for all lengths (within reason).


DO YOUR NECKLACES CONTAIN NICKLE OR LEAD:
We have inquired with our suppliers and they have stated that the parts we use are lead free and nickel free with the exception of the extender chain.


WHAT IF I NEED A DIFFERENT QUANTITY:
Simply send us a message (convo) asking for a specific quantity and we will create a "RESERVED" listing in the exact quantity you request so you don't have to purchase less or more than what you actually need.
