All products valued *over* $50 will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance for your security and quick delivery. Items over $100 will include signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. Estimated delivery for Priority Mail is 1, 2 or 3 business days. Per USPS, "In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee." Meaning, Priority Mail is not guaranteed to get there within 1, 2 or 3 business days, it is just an estimated delivery time for this type of shipment product. Unfortunately since we are not in control of USPS, delays caused by USPS the are not the responsibility of this shop.***
Items *under* $50 will be shipped USPS First Class (as long as they are under 13oz, items under $50 but weighing more than 13oz will be upgraded to USPS Priority, additional fees may apply, check each listing for more clarification on shipping fee), and will arrive within USPS estimated delivery time-frame of 5-7 business days, although it has been my experience delivery may occur sooner.
If you absolutely need an item guaranteed for a specific date, or simply prefer or require a different shipping method, please let me know. I will get you a FedEx/UPS shipment quote, or USPS Priority Mail Express cost.
Generally speaking the post office does a pretty great job at getting everything delivered on time. I do my best to get packages to the post office within 1-2 business days of when they were purchased provided there are no questions or confirmations I am awaiting to complete the shipment from you, the buyer. These shipping polices are subject to change for custom request, custom orders and other extenuating circumstances. I certainly understand any frustration that occurs from a delayed package, and will certainly refund you if the delay is caused by our failure to get your package to the post office within the listing or our discussed handling time frame.

The Priority/First Class rule of value over or under $50 listed above does not apply to international shipments. Because of the high cost of International shipments via all three main carriers, all international shipments of any value will be sent First Class International unless otherwise noted due to weight restrictions or if requested (fees apply). However, also note, to simplify my listings I express all ship times and services per domestic United States Postal Service guidelines. While much of this will remain relevant to international shipments, there may be delays, differences in shipment services (insurance or signature confirmation may or may not be available, etc.) and additional costs (import/export tariffs and fees). We accept PayPal, Etsy gift card and credit/debit card transactions through the Etsy website shopping cart and check-out only. However, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST USE PAYPAL. You do not need an account to make a purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are tricky. We want you to love what you purchased but don't want to get bogged down in the cost and time it takes to handle a return. We want all of our transactions to go as smoothly as possible. That's why we take high quality photos of all items to let you know exactly what you are getting and I'm always around to answer any questions you may have.
If you're looking at one of my products and then found yourself asking "what's this stores return policy" this is a first indicator that you should contact us regarding the item you're interested in. Ask any questions! Be confident in your decision to purchase one of our pieces.
LOOSE GEMSTONES: Because of the value, fragility and small size of these gemstones, they will not be able to be returned unless there is an issue such as 1. Wrong item received; 2. Item was received damaged. If the item is received damaged, you, the buyer, agree to allow the shipping provider to inspect or collect the damaged package or ship it back at this shops expense if so directed. Please contact us as soon as the damaged package is received. Contact us immediately if an item is received damaged or within 7 days if you want me to review a return case.
At the end of the day, I want you to be happy with your purchase and feel like you received a high quality gem at a competitive price. If you feel the stone does not make you happy, please let me know-we can possibly work out a stone swap, or apply a 20% restocking fee. Special cases would be if you simply decide you do not want the stone, found a significant discrepancy in the listing (i.e. Received a 2ct stone instead of listed 20ct, which was a typo) I will review these returns on a case-by-case basis. If the error was caused on behalf of this shop, we will gladly accept the return and provide you with paid return shipping. If approved for any other reason, a flat restocking fee of 20% will be applied and withheld from the final refund. Return shipping would also be the buyers responsibility in this case.
NECKLACES/BEADED JEWELRY. Beaded necklaces can be returned on a case-by-case basis, please contact me immediately if the item is received damaged, or if you are unhappy with your purchase, within 7 days of receipt to review for return. Much of the same rules/exceptions above still apply.
Custom jewelry is not returnable. This applies to all categories. Set gemstones and lengthened or shorted jewelry pieces will be considered custom. Should I feel that the item is in good enough demand to be able to resell it quickly, we may allow this return. Please contact us.
