♥ Terms & Delivery time:
Standard international shipping takes up to 20 business days. Please note that the local mail service may affect delivery time.

Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 1,5 - 2,5 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- UK - 1,5 weeks
- Germany 2.5 - 4 weeks
- France - 1,5 weeks
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks

♥ Express shipping:
- Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.

♥ You will receive a tracking number to control the process of the shipment. (Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: USPS (Australian Post, Canadian Post or the tracking site in your country), Germany, UK, France, Italy. So we can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

♥ The seller is responsible for parcel of the buyer only until is has left the territory of Ukraine. Once the parcel gets to the territory of the country of buyer then this country's postal service is responsible for buyer's parcel. Please contact on all matters of availability, locomotion and the date of receipt directly to your post office.

Shipping insurance is not offered.
In rare cases shipping time can be changed by fault of the postal service. Once an order has been shipped we cannot take the responsibility for postal delays, lost or damaged items.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information

♥ You can also return the goods within 14 days, if you are not satisfied with it (you must pay return shipping). But just in case if the product has not been used and it is in good condition. Return the order issued by the customer and only after receipt of the goods by the seller. When the seller is convinced that the product in good condition, we make a return of money to the buyer.

♥ PLEASE NOTE: In case of unclaimed or missed parcels we will refund the money excluding shipping costs after the items are returned to us as unclaimed.

Lost Packages is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that. We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.

♥ Please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
