All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, Airmail for Europe and Rest of the World. Special Delivery or International Signed For Services are available items shipped for £6.50 extra. Items are usually dispatched within three working days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Damaged Goods Notifications of damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. They then must be returned via suitably insured delivery. Where possible items will be repaired or replaced, however, where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 7 days of receipt of the damaged item. Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
Other Returns A return period of 7 days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification. Goods returned under this clause must be sent fully insured, and all costs incurred returning orders must be met by the customer.
