I ship within two days of confirmed payment. USPS is my preferred method of shipping. If you would like another method of shipping, upgrade, or insurance, please let me know before check out so I can give you the total amount.

I do combine shipping and any overages for multiple items bought at one time and the shipping was not combined will be refunded.

I try to recycle when I can, I reuse boxes, bubbles, peanuts, etc. If you have special needs, (allergies) to any plastics or peanuts that might be used for shipping or object to the use of any type of products used for shipping, please let me know. I ship to the address per Etsy account, verified at shipping. If item is returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or recipient has moved, you must pay shipping charges again for item to be sent out again to new verified address or refund will be made.

Payments

I accept direct checkout which includes paypal and most major credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Payment is expected within four days of purchase. If you need to cancel, please let me know immediately. Cancellations within 24 hours only. If item has already shipped and you want to cancel, it will be treated as a refund and item must be received by me before refund is given less shipping cost. Return shipping to me is buyers responsibility. Sales tax is collected at the rate of 6% on all purchases by Maryland residents, state law.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds must be received up to one week after notification of intent. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Item must be received in original condition. If item is received damaged, please let me know ASAP in case claim needs to be made with post office. No refunds for damaged items after 30 days.
