Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I unfortunately can not accept earring returns, do to the nature of the item, or on custom orders.
I will accept returns on bracelets and necklaces as long as they are returned to me unworn and in it's original condition with in 7 days if you receiving your order. Please message me and I will give you a RAN number, which is a Return Authorization Number. Please use any credits you may have within 7 days.
I also do custom orders. Please message me if you would like something in a different material or color. I can also create something unique for you, feel free to message me the details of your request.
