All frames ship USPS Priority mail which means it will reach you in just a few days in the US! If your order contains any personalization, I will message or email you a photo proof of your order to make sure it is exactly as desired prior to shipping.

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want your order to arrive exactly as expected. For that reason, if your order contains any customization, I will send a photo proof prior to shipping and will not ship until you approve the appearance of your item. As such, I do not issue refunds on personalized items after the item has shipped or been delivered. I will only issue a refund on custom items prior to shipping. I strive to package your item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged during shipment, please let me know and I will work with you to rectify the situation.
