SHIPPING (USA): Tribal Muse ships Worldwide several times a week from Florida (USA) using the US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are calculated according to package size, weight, destination and service category requested.
I use combined shipping and flat rate shipping whenever possible, and return any excess postage to the customer. Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped via First Class Mail.
Tracking: You will receive a separate email from USPS with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Addresses: Tribal Muse cannot accept responsibility for orders submitted by customer with incorrect, partial, or P.O. addresses. Please be sure that the shipping address you enter is full and complete to avoid any potential disappointments and expense later.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (non-USA)...International buyers please read! Please be aware that customs officials can hold parcels for several days, sometimes much longer before clearing them for delivery to you.
Unfortunately, I have no control over customs offices, but you will receive tracking numbers so you can check on your shipment's progress. Please see the USPS International Mail Manual to view any additional requirements or restrictions for your country. International buyers assume related customs and import charges.
Return postage: Both Domestic (USA) and International (non-USA) customers pay postage for returns, using a secure, traceable, insured method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
PAYMENTS: You can pay securely online by using your credit card through Etsy and also through PayPal.
LAY AWAY: If you see an item on our Tribal Muse website that you would like to put on Lay Away (On Hold), please email us and I'll put it ON HOLD for you for 10 days free of charge.
WHOLESALE: To keep prices low for all our customers, Tribal Muse does not have a Wholesale Program.

About TRIBAL JEWELRY: Handcrafted Tribal Jewelry is rarely uniformly shaped or exactly symmetrical such as with machine-crafted jewelry, and may often have missing pieces, wear patterns, or debris.
Many of these pieces have traveled around the world from village to village, and generation to generation. These irregularities are part of the charm and heritage acquired over that long time-spent journey.
I sell these old tribal pieces with their patina (if any) intact, since collectors value it so highly. Patina can usually be easily removed after purchase with a mild jewelry cleaner, if desired
Tribal Muse does not own nor sell any archaeological relics or items deemed National Treasures, as such articles rightfully belong to the people of the country in which they were found.
