I received the item on the 18th of September. It took 9 days to get here when it was supposed to be shipped on the 11th. I contacted the shop on the 13th just to make sure there wasn't a problem bc I was waiting on this to finish a birthday present. I never heard anything back and the status of my order never changed from "paid" to "shipped." So on the 17th I purchased another skein of yarn elsewhere and waited patiently to file a complaint on the 19th. Well the yarn came in and now I will have ordered to much. It would've taken minutes for her to email me back. Will not purchase from this shop again and would not recommend.
Ready to ship items generally will be mailed out the same or next business day after payment is made. We will offer shipping Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays possible also. All customer orders in the U.S. will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service - 1st Class or Priority Mail. If you need a particular item rushed, we will certainly ship it Express or Overnight for an additional cost. We recommend purchasing insurance. Please let me know in Note to Seller and we will add insurance as a cost to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. International orders: We cannot guarantee postal delivery times on international shipments. For international customers, there could be a 4 to 5 week turnaround time. We cannot make special arrangements on international orders because we can't guarantee when the items will be arriving due to custom or post office policies. We also can't be responsible for tracking items shipped internationally and items lost in transit. Please note that international orders do not include a tracking number. If you are purchasing a gift and would like it sent to a different address, please let us know. Please let us know what wording you would like to include on the card in package.
We will accept PayPal, money orders and e-checks. PayPal payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not made within 5 business days after order, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed. Please make sure your etsy and paypal address are updated. Please convo us if there is a possible delay in payment and you need to make special arrangements.
Returns & exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way, please convo us before leaving feedback, and we will do our best to remedy the problem. Customers must contact us within 2 days if item is not satisfactory. The item must be in original, unworn condition. It cannot be stained, soiled, washed or torn. Those items will not be refunded. The buyer must reship the unused item within 1-3 days after conversation with the seller regarding the item. The buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping.
Our items are created in a smoke and pet-free environment. Customer satisfactions is very important to us. The best way to preserve the quality of our product is to machine wash cold, perferrably gentle or handwash cycle, and lay flat to dry, or if dryer is used, tumble dry low. For knitted/crocheted items, please refer to specific care instructions on a item for item basis. If you have additional questions, pleast don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to make a custom item. Just convo us with details such as measurements, colors, fabric choices. Custom orders, however, are not returnable.
