This listing is for a full size set of the Mythological Top Coats, which includes Phoenix, Dragon, Unicorn, and Kelpie. The Mythological Top Coat set is a quartet of color shifting duochrome top coats, meant for layering over other polishes. You'll receive a 15mL bottle of each color. These are beautiful, and my pictures don't do justice to the color shift.
Phoenix shifts from red to gold to green, and flashes vivid red and bright green at the extremes of its color range. Phoenix is the shade on the right in the first image, on the left in the second.
Dragon shifts from bronze gold to green, and flashes orange and teal at the extremes of its color range. Dragon is the shade in the middle in the first two images.
Unicorn shifts from cool green to deep blue, and flashes turquoise and vivid indigo at the extremes of its color range. Unicorn is the shade on the left in the first image, on the right in the second.
Kelpie shifts from teal to violet, and flashes aqua and purple at the extremes of its color range. Kelpie and Unicorn share similar spectrums of color shift, but Kelpie is bluer than Unicorn and its shift goes further into purple than Unicorn's does.
The first and second pictures are compilations of images from Tiffany of Polish and Paws. Her reviews are here: https://www.polishandpaws.com/2017/10/starlight-polish-swatch-and-review-test.html https://www.polishandpaws.com/2017/06/starlight-polish-aurora-top-coats-rose-romance-collection.html
The third picture is a compilation of four images from Velasha of Two Girls One Blush and shows one coat of each of the Mythological Top Coats over black. Her review is here: http://www.twogirlsoneblush.com/2017/06/13/starlight-polish-aurora-top-coats/
Lauren of Dizzy Nails reviewed Phoenix, Dragon, and Unicorn here: http://www.dizzynails.com/2012/08/unicorn-and-phoenix.html http://www.dizzynails.com/2012/08/enter-dragon.html
The nail wheel swatches show one coat of each shade over white and black creme. From left to right: Phoenix over white and black, Dragon over white and black, Unicorn over white and black, Kelpie over white and black. There are additional pictures of each top coat in their individual listings.
The last picture shows what the 15mL bottles will look like. This listing is for a quartet of 15mL bottles, but there is a smaller, 5mL set available in another listing. Each polish is also available individually, in 5mL and 15mL sizes.
These top coats contain "unicorn pee" pigment and "unicorn pee sibling" pigments. These pigments can produce different ranges of color shift, from the red to green of "unicorn pee" pigment to the gold to green, green to blue, and teal to violet of "unicorn pee sibling" pigments.
Phoenix, Dragon, Unicorn, and Kelpie are custom polishes, made from scratch with nail lacquer base and color shifting pigments. Starlight Polish is 5 free, meaning free of DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, and camphor, and contains no carmine or other animal-derived pigments.
