All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority mail (depending on order size), typically within 2-3 business days. I will contact you via email and let you know that your item(s) have shipped. Please check my shop announcements for holidays or vacations that may affect order shipping.
I offer combined shipping on all orders. To calculate combined shipping, take the highest individual shipping rate for the items you are purchasing, then add in the combined shipping rate for the other items. Combined shipping will show up at checkout.
Upgraded shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation is available upon request. I will then send an updated invoice to reflect the desired shipping method.
I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. Please note that even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use it as long as you have a credit card and a little patience.
Orders are shipped after payment is received.
Should you need an extension, just email me.
All CUSTOM orders need to be paid for in advance, before I can fill the order.
Returns & exchanges
I take great pride in my work and the way I package/ship the items so you will be happy with your purchase. If for some reason an item gets damaged during shipping, please contact me through convo or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can correct the problem.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please convo or email me at email@example.com as soon as possible to discuss the issue within 7 days of receipt. I am happy to work with you in the event a replacement or refund is needed.
In the event an item needs to be shipped back after our conversation, you may then ship it back within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must arrive in the same condition it was sent out. If items are damaged, I can not honor a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Problems with any custom orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
Q: Do you do wholesale orders?
A: Yes - I would be more than willing to discuss this option. Please keep in mind that I am a one woman operation who has two other jobs but if we can make it work – I would absolutely love the opportunity to sell my items in your store!
Q: Would you be able to stamp a sentiment inside the cards you have listed as blank?
A: Absolutely! Email me with what occasion it is for and I can let you know which stamps I have for that particular theme. I have a million (only a slight exaggeration) different happy birthday, thank you, thinking of you, smiles, laughter, love, wedding, shower, sympathy, etc messages. Way too many to list out but I am more than willing to customize a card for you.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: This is handled on a case by case basis. I would love to be able to accommodate each and every request that comes in but due to my hectic schedule, sometimes I am not able to say yes. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
