Cancellation Policy - We do not accept cancellations on your order in midstream of an order or if you found other merchandise. If you place an order, use your card for payment and you have an invoice per your request, that is a valid order and we start processing. If you message only within 1 hour of purchase, we may be able to cancel it out but not guaranteed after this time, its a firm order. Sending an email to cancel your order is not a cancellation if it was not done within 1 hour of placing it & your order will still be shipped per agreed. If you did not purchase any insurance or request insurance on the package and your package is lost by the carrier or the tracking is not showing updated to delivery, we would not be responsible for nor do we offer a refund for a mail carrier lost or damaged package. If you did buy insurance and something were to occur, you will file a claim with the postal service and the insurance carrier, not with us, we don't offer the insurance policy, it's a 3rd party insurance place. We ship all items with tracking and if your international and you choose First Class Mail and your event date passes during the transit, we are not responsible since you did not upgrade to get your item faster. Veils can be steamed with a small handheld steamer and showers are your best friend to get any light folds from the veil. Take about 10 minutes or less for veils. NEVER IRON your veil, please. You will be sad at the results. If your veil has beading, don't steam in one area to long. Once done, wait about 5 to 10 minutes and the veil will continue to become perfect.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties & customs upon arrival to your country, this is not included in your shipping fee. These fees they many charge you are up to the Custom Office upon package arrival, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges plus pay them directly. It's possible your item can be held at your local Customs Offices for a certain period time before they notify you, so it's important you track your package.
