Yes, I do take custom orders. PLEASE MESSAGE ME ABOUT IT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. For mouse ears, depending on the nature of them there may be an additional fee for materials needed. If this is the case, I will create a custom listing for any additional costs added your specific order for you to add to your cart to check out. For custom crocheted item orders I do require a 50% deposit of the item cost (not including the shipping) which will be arranged between the buyer and me. Once we have finalized the price I will make a custom listing for 50% figure we have discussed. When the item is ready to be shipped I will contact the buyer to arrange the rest of the payment and also the shipping costs.

Any orders requesting a quicker turn around time will be subject to an additional charge to be prioritized as well as for shipping charges. It MUST be requested before the sale in a conversation. Once we have discussed and finalized that it can be done, I will create a custom listing for the Rush Fee for you to add to your cart and check out. If this is not completed, your order will remain at the estimated turnaround time and not be bumped to the top of the list.

I ship your completed items within a day of its completion. They are shipped via USPS and the estimated time depends on the shipping method selected. You will receive an email from Etsy with tracking information. If for some reason you cannot see your tacking number, please let me know and I will do my best to research and get it to you. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items after they have been shipped.

As stated in the Policies section, I do not accept returns and do not give refunds. All of my items are handmade to order and are high quality. I do not expected them to break/become damaged as long as they are treated with care. As far as exchanges, the time frame for exchanges is listed in the Policies section as well. As long as it is NOT a custom order, If an item is not what you expected it to be I will gladly take it back and replace it with something else (you pay the difference in cost) or try to alter it for an additional fee for materials/time (if need be) but you are responsible for shipping charges to send back to me as well as for me to send the new or altered item back to you.
