Soft and smooshy, this sock yarn is the perfect blend of comfort from the merino and long-lasting wear from the nylon. This yarn has been dyed to alternate stripes of a solid color with a fun speckled stripe.
The last image is of a pair of socks that I've knit (a women's size 7) using a different colorway dyed in this style to give you an idea how this skein will knit up. The speckled stripe has flecks of red and gray.
Colorway: Drops of Blood, Self-Striping
Weight: light fingering
Yardage: 460 yards
Fiber: 80% superwash Merino, 20% nylon
Care Instructions: Can be washed and dried on the lowest/delicate setting, but hand washing will give optimal results.
I've done my best to get an accurate photo of the color but monitors vary and the color may be slightly different in person. Colors may bleed slightly on first wash (though I take care to ensure no colors bleed on the final rinse) but should not affect the actual color of the yarn. Dyed with professional quality acid dyes.
I do have cats in my home and I do my best to keep them away from any yarn and fiber, but stray hairs do have a way of floating around.
